The International House brand is a globally recognized name in education, with approximately 130 affiliated schools across more than 40 countries.
Our design studio was tasked with the rebranding of International House, a globally recognized education brand with a mission to bring the world together through language. With approximately 130 affiliated schools in over 40 countries, International House holds a significant presence in the global education sector. The rebranding process focused on refreshing the brand’s visual identity while preserving its strong recognition and familiar appeal.
Given the brand’s global reach and established identity, our approach was to evolve the brand in a way that retained its core essence while modernizing its visual elements. Selective adjustments were made to align the brand with contemporary design trends, ensuring a timeless and modern appearance that would remain relevant across international markets. The goal was to enhance the brand’s versatility and appeal without compromising the recognition that customers and partners have built over the years.

The rebranding process focused on refreshing the brand’s visual identity while preserving its strong recognition and familiar appeal.
Given the brand’s global reach and established identity, our approach was to evolve the brand in a way that retained its core essence while modernizing its visual elements. Selective adjustments were made to align the brand with contemporary design trends, ensuring a timeless and modern appearance that would remain relevant across international markets. The goal was to enhance the brand’s versatility and appeal without compromising the recognition that customers and partners have built over the years.
In this project we created:


A key objective in the rebrand was to make the logo more contemporary while avoiding design trends that might feel dated over time. We transitioned the logo from its former 3D form to a flat design, using solid colors without perspective effects. This change not only modernized the logo but also simplified it for increased versatility across various applications. We also updated the font to a cleaner, more timeless typeface, and streamlined the logo text by using a single color, further enhancing its adaptability for both digital and print media.

Color Palette
The rebrand introduced a refined color palette that reflects International House’s values of innovation and growth. While blue remains the primary color, we incorporated a mix of vibrant and soft tones, harmonizing with the rainbow’s updated design. This palette helps create a modern and youthful appearance, connecting various brand elements across different communication channels. We also ensured that the new colors were accessible, testing them for strong contrast and visibility across different platforms and media.

We prioritized fonts that were not only contemporary but also highly legible and easy to apply across both digital and print mediums. With accessibility in mind, the typography is clear and functional, ensuring it works effectively in diverse contexts and formats, including web, mobile, and print.

To resolve this, we softened the rainbow’s color palette, allowing for a more harmonious balance between the logo and other design elements. Additionally, the rainbow’s shape was updated to offer more flexibility in how it can be applied, ensuring its creative use across various media without overwhelming the overall brand identity.
